How does pricing work?
Every distributor is different. It starts with a discovery call where we learn about your business, catalog, and goals. From there we put together a custom quote. Setup includes a one-time licensing fee, then a flat monthly rate for hosting and support.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. We ask for 30 days notice to end the agreement. No annual contracts or early termination fees.
What about custom development?
Need a product configurator, VMI portal, or custom integration? We scope and quote custom work separately. It runs on the same platform — no bolt-ons or separate systems.
Is there a way to reduce upfront costs?
Yes. Our profit-sharing option significantly reduces the upfront licensing fee in exchange for a small percentage of each order processed through the platform. You pay less to get started, and our incentives align with yours — we succeed when your e-commerce succeeds. This option is popular with distributors launching their first e-commerce site.
